
Swiss Exams employs 15 office staff members and our “who is who” series will introduce you all staff members, their responsibility and how they feel about working for Swiss Exams. We are happy to introduce a new team member in the Customer Service & Marketing Department - Karin Gähwiler.
Karin Gähwiler joined Swiss Exams in December 2017. Her employment in the hotel and tourism industry helped her solidify her language skills which she can now use in supporting the Swiss Exams Team.
Main responsibilities
Her main responsibilities in the Customer Service & Marketing Team are the administration and sales of our online language tests such as BULATS, Linguaskill and Goethe-Test PRO. Therefore, Karin is the contact person for all queries regarding our Language Testing Competence Centres.
She is also responsible for the administration and organisation of our teacher workshops and supports the Customer Service Team with incoming phone calls and emails.
