Taking a Cambridge English exam involves a lot of preparation for the candidates. However, no matter how well you are prepared, an unforeseen incident can always happen: you are ill on the exam day, you cannot find the exam venue, the train is stuck and you are running a few minutes late…
For such incidents or other urgent requests concerning your exam the evening before or on your exam day, we provide a Help Desk service hotline. On all exam days the Swiss Exams team is available to provide you with information and assistance.

We are very happy to announce that the KV Zurich Business School (KVZBS) was chosen as this year’s winner of the Cambridge English Language Assessmnet Global Preparation Centre Award. Christian Wölfle, Prorektor at the KVZBS, was invited to Cambridge to receive the prestigious award.
